"In America no-one is above law"

In the US, George Bush has invoked "executive privilege" against a subpoena on the fired judges case, issued by Congress for Sara Taylor.
On this issue, Democrat Patrick Leahy said, "increasingly, the president and vice president feel they are above the law - in America no-one is above law"

In France, Nicolas Sarkozy refused to mass pardon prisoners. "Since when has the right to a pardon been used as a way of managing prisons?" is what he said.
